Forman International Ltd. and Cyprus Turkish Pensioners Association (KTED) have signed the contract for KTED Headquarters Project, Phase I Construction Works. The project, which was designed by Architect Mr. Fevzi ÖZERSAY will be constructed in Kermiya. The project is a versatile building which includes such as car park, cafeteria, executive suites, library, multi-functional rooms and meeting rooms.
The excavation works for KTED Headquarters Project have started today. In the ground-breaking ceremony KTED Chairman Mr. Mustafa Tolga, Project Architect Mr. Fevzi Özersay and Forman International Managing Director Mr. Mehmet Zorba have given brief speeches and extended their well wishes.
Our company headquarters has started using electricity generated renewable energy with the 2 KWp capacity solar system installed on the roof of our building. We extend our warm thanks to Neoaura Energy Solutions (NATES) team for their high quallity work.
The concrete works at KTED Headquarters Project have started with the foundation laying ceremony which took place yesterday.
